Refund Policy

At Limitless Toys and Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with this policy. Please read it carefully.

1. Returns and Refunds /

1.1 Change of Mind

 

If you have a change of mind or decide you no longer want the item(s) you purchased, we offer store credit for the returned item(s).

 

To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) must be returned in their original condition as sent, including all packaging and accessories.

• The return must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are more than happy to provide a shipping label to you at your own cost.

 

1.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, as determined by the customer's preference and item availability. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item and provide relevant details and supporting evidence, such as photographs.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at limitlesstc@outlook.com to inform us of your intent to return the item(s) and the reason for the return. Please ensure confirmation has been sent by the Limitless team before sending your item back.

• Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

• Ship the item(s) to the address provided to you via the confirmation email. 

 

Please note we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for orders over $100, as we are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit back to Limitless Toys and Collectables.

 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund or store credit request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and store credit will be provided as a unique code to be used on future purchases.

4. Australian Consumer Laws

Our refund policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If the item(s) you receive are faulty, significantly different from the description, or have a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Please refer to the Australian Consumer Law for further information on your rights as a consumer.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to make purchases, you agree to be bound by the updated policy.
